Annie was visiting the restaurant that her friend worked at when she noticed Nate. After a nudge and a comment about the cute waiter, her friend introduced them and they began dating immediately. That was 5 and a half years ago.
When Nate proposed, Annie laughs that she was “being a brat”. He woke her early one Saturday morning to go on a mini fishing and kayaking trip they had been chatting about for a couple weeks. She groggily got into the car for the hour and a half trip to Jupiter Inlet. The kayaking didn’t go as planned when they were chased off the water by sizable waves from surrounding boats and an unexpected storm rolled in. She was ready to call it a day, but Nate had more plans in mind. These plans included visiting an animal sanctuary and going to a lighthouse. After each trip, Annie was ready to go home. He insisted they stay out though. As they began ascending the lighthouse, Annie noticed that Nate was shaking. She knew what was happening and began squealing with excitement. Now, they are planning a gorgeous wedding at Rhinegeist in Cincinnati, despite living in Florida!
Although they are getting married in Cincinnati, Annie and Nate still wanted to incorporate Florida into their wedding. So, we decided to plan a Key West engagement session! We shot on the beautiful sands of Smather’s beach as the sun was setting, and my heart was so happy!
Annie and Nate: I cannot wait to be there on your wedding day! Thanks for such a great Key West Engagement Session!
