They met in college. Both being in Greek life, Nate’s fraternity house was right next to Anne’s sorority house. Nate was always teased that he was the “Dad” of his pledge class. When he and Anne became official, his fraternity brothers loved it, because now they had their “Mom”.
Anne studied in the United Kingdom as a part of her college career. It had been a while since she had been able to see Nate, and was anxiously awaiting his arrival at a local pub. Although at first, he scared her, she quickly jumped into his arms for a tight embrace. After a night of dinner and wandering along the empty streets of London, Nate proposed!
Anne and Nate wanted an elegant, fall inspired day that Marti Heard brought to life through their luscious floral arrangements, unique table linens, and accent details to die for!
This was one of those weddings where everything just made sense. Kenwood Country Club had gorgeous spaces for us to shoot and it echoed the elegance Nate and Anne aimed for in their planning. Their families were a dream to work with. The bridal party was so much fun, and kept everyone calm with their movie quoting. When you top all of that off with a kind and adorable couple like Mr. and Mrs. Bennett, and a dream team of vendors – it’s safe to say I left Kenwood Country Club feeling extra grateful for this career.
A big thank you to everyone that made this wedding at Kenwood Country Club such a breathtaking event!
