You probably will give more hugs on your wedding day than any other day. At least, you should if you are doing it right! (#HugLife)

While hugs from your loved ones might make your heart swell, those hugs aren’t doing any favors for your boutonnière. All it takes is one or two bear hugs for your poor little boutonniere to crumple.

With the popularity of first looks, you might consider ordering a second boutonniere from your florist to switch out for the ceremony. Don’t worry, you won’t need to buy two for each of the groomsmen – just the groom.

When you ask your florist for this, you’ll make sure the boutonniere is fresh for pictures, all the way through the reception!
