Crossroads Uptown Wedding | Nate + Taylor
The first thing I noticed about Nate and Taylor, is how obviously comfortable they are around each other. That observation made perfect sense to me after I learned they are high school sweethearts. Having met when they were just 15, they have spent all of their adult lives together. Seeing as though they are both huge fans of the TV series Friends, I can confidently say they each found their lobster in the other.
Aside from their two best friends, Taylor and Nate had a family only wedding. They wanted to make sure they had time to really focus on each other on their first day as husband and wife. This made the whole day more relaxed, meaningful, and special.
Having a Crossroads Uptown Wedding was special in and of itself for Taylor and Nate. They have been going to Crossroads together for years, but have been involved in the Uptown Campus since it began. They volunteer there and have really loved calling it their home church. Nate proudly (and jokingly) reminds Taylor that he helped put in the sign in front of the church every time they pass it together.
I have a confession to make – I’m really not a happy crier. I’m way more of a goofy smiler. This Crossroads Uptown Wedding between Taylor and Nate had me doing both. Their first dance was the sweetest thing you’d ever want to see. You feel the joy Nate felt just by looking at his face as he held Taylor in his arms. You could see the adoration that Taylor has for Nate in the way she looks up at him.
A big thanks to everyone who made this Crossroads Uptown Wedding the amazing event that it was!
