When Tess moved into a two family duplex with some of her girlfriends in college, her roommates were already joking that their husbands would be some of the guys renting the other side. Tess didn’t take long to make good on that joke.

Although they lived in the same house, albeit, separate units, Chad and Tess didn’t start dating until two month after they graduated from Miami University. In September, in the most gorgeous Pinecroft at Crosley Estate Wedding, hey became an official Miami Merger!

Chad proposed to Tess in a place very special to them – Marco Island! The trip started like many of the other trips they’d taken there together, but this one wasn’t the same! Chad had arranged for all of their closest family and friends to fly in as well. It was so special!

From the very beginning, Tess knew an outdoor wedding ceremony was what she wanted. The Pinecroft Mansion was the perfect setting. Maura Bassman Events helped the happy couple to hone in their vision of an elegant, whimsical feeling wedding with plenty of natural elements.

Tess said that some of her favorite elements of their Pinecroft at Crosley Estate Wedding were the gorgeous florals by Robin Wood and the custom stationary by Poeme. Each took the time to dig into what their dreams were, and bring them to reality!

The day was truly a beautiful celebration of their love and I couldn’t be more grateful to have been the one to capture it!
