Chris and Jill had a gorgeous Peterloon Estate wedding last summer. To make it even more special, Chris is my best friend’s brother and he and Jill are dear friends! They are the sweetest, happiest and most outgoing couple, so it was truly an honor to photograph their wedding day.
Chris and Jill got engaged in Chicago, and I was there too! Following their engagement they began planning their dream wedding day, it all came together beautifully! From the stunning blue and white porcelain china to the colorful bouquets and arrangements, truly no detail went unnoticed.
The couple chose not to have a bridal party, which allowed for ample time for gorgeous portraits before and after the wedding ceremony. I love that they included their dog, Poppy, as part of their wedding day. The small details like the featured cocktails and Jill’s beaded, custom chinoiserie clutch were just the icing on the cake. Speaking of cake, Chris and Jill’s wedding cake perfectly tied together all of the wedding elements like the blue and white porcelain, their wedding crest, and the stunning florals from their big day.
Chris and Jill are such an important part of my life, and their wedding day was extra special to me. Scroll to see some highlights from their Peterloon Estate wedding:
